Terms of Conditions

BOOKINGS: To secure a date, a deposit fee (subject to appointment) is due at the time of booking. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations must be made two working days prior to your reserved date, or you will be responsible for the amount of services agreed upon in your appointment request. Thirty (30) days applies to group, school formal, and wedding bookings.

PAYMENT: Payments can be made by cash, BPAY, or debit/credit card (surcharge applies). The final balance is due on the day of the appointment as one payment—no exceptions. The person(s) responsible for the entire balance of payment is the person(s) who has signed the booking contract. For hair and makeup appointments, a 10% surcharge applies on Saturdays and 15% on Sundays and public holidays. Late payments will incur a 5% penalty fee every day after the deadline has passed.

DEPOSIT: A non-refundable deposit of $200 (or 50% of the treatment cost for appointments under $400) is required to secure your date and time.  Weddings and group bookings require a $500 deposit.

DELAYS: A $50 late fee will be charged for every 30 minutes that a customer is late for their planned appointment, or if the scheduled treatment exceeds the allocated time due to client delays.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED: Service(s) will be completed to the client’s satisfaction, but they are not to exceed the allotted time. Ample time is given for each service.

SERVICE LOCATION AND REQUIREMENTS: (For Hair and Makeup Appointments Only) The location of service for the day of the event will be at the discretion of the client, but there are certain requirements the artist needs to complete the service. A set-up table/work area needs to be made available for the artist at said location. Ample lighting, whether by means of natural light or by lamps, is necessary for services to be performed properly.

PARKING FEES: Parking, valet, or toll fees will be added to the final bill and due on the event day.

MOBILE SERVICE FEE: (For Hair and Makeup Appointments Only) This charge covers the cost for travelling to the client's location and time spent travelling to and from the location, as well as the time required for setting up and packing up the makeup and hair station.

LIABILITY & CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY: All tools, equipment, and products used at Camouflage Clinic are appropriately sanitised and sterilised between each client in accordance with strict hygiene and safety protocols. Where applicable, products used are selected for professional use and may include hypoallergenic formulations; however, suitability cannot be guaranteed for all individuals.

It is the client’s responsibility to disclose any pre-existing skin conditions, allergies, medical conditions, medications, or sensitivities prior to commencing any treatment. Failure to disclose relevant information may increase the risk of adverse reactions.

Where deemed necessary by the practitioner, a patch test or sensitivity test may be recommended prior to treatment to assess potential reactions.

By proceeding with any treatment at Camouflage Clinic, the client acknowledges and agrees that individual results and skin responses may vary. The client voluntarily accepts all associated risks and agrees to release Lorraine Lorzano, Camouflage Clinic, and any affiliated practitioners or team members from any liability for adverse outcomes, including but not limited to allergic reactions, skin irritation, delayed healing, or unexpected skin responses.

This waiver applies to all treatments provided at Camouflage Clinic, including but not limited to medical tattooing, skin revision, camouflage treatments, LED light therapy, HIFU, facial waxing, hair and makeup, and any associated aesthetic procedures.

MEDIA RELEASE & USE OF IMAGE: Camouflage Clinic (operated by Lorraine Lorzano Artistry) may capture, collect, and use photographs, video recordings, audio recordings, and any other digitally or physically stored media taken during or after treatment. This may be recorded by Camouflage Clinic, Lorraine Lorzano Artistry, or any authorised representatives, contractors, or agents.

By consenting to treatment, the client acknowledges and agrees that Camouflage Clinic may use such media for professional purposes including, but not limited to, marketing, advertising, educational content, social media, website content, portfolios, brochures, flyers, and other promotional or commercial materials as deemed necessary.

The client further releases Camouflage Clinic, Lorraine Lorzano Artistry, and any affiliated representatives from any and all claims, demands, or liabilities arising from the use of their image, likeness, or recorded media as described above.

Where applicable, the client also authorises the use of photographs or recordings taken by third-party professional photographers and/or videographers engaged for events or sessions involving Camouflage Clinic services. The client agrees to release and permit Camouflage Clinic to access, obtain, and use such third-party media for the purposes outlined in this agreement.

NO SHOW: Clients who fail to attend their scheduled appointment can be blacklisted.

PRACTITIONERS' RIGHTS: Lorraine and her representatives may end an appointment if a client is unpleasant, disrespectful, or the circumstance does not align with the team's values and aesthetics.

BRIDAL HAIR AND MAKEUP TRIALS: Brides must have hair and makeup trials prior to their wedding day.

CANCELLATION, LATE ARRIVALS & DEPOSIT POLICY

As a small, independent clinic, every appointment at Camouflage Clinic is carefully reserved and allocated specifically for each client. Unlike larger clinics, missed or late appointments have a direct impact on our ability to operate and continue providing specialised, high-level care.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise and life can be unpredictable. However, as each appointment time is dedicated exclusively to you, we kindly ask for respect and consideration of our time and schedule.

A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings, which is applied toward your treatment on the day. This ensures your appointment time is reserved and prevents loss of valuable treatment availability for other clients.

We require a minimum notice period for any cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations, missed appointments, or significant late arrivals may result in the loss of your deposit or incur a fee, as the time allocated cannot typically be filled at short notice.

Arriving late may reduce your treatment time or, in some cases, require rescheduling to ensure the quality, safety, and integrity of your treatment.

Camouflage Clinic operates as a small business, and every appointment directly contributes to sustaining our services, supporting our team, and continuing to provide specialised corrective treatments to the community.

We sincerely appreciate your understanding, respect, and support.
